We want you to love Shadow Quest. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 21 days of your order date — no questions asked. This applies to subscriptions and to one-time (lifetime) purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@fiatsoftware.com and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings inside the app, or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After the refund window
After 21 days, we generally do not issue refunds for subscription periods that have already started. We will still review requests on a case-by-case basis if you experienced a service-level issue or were charged in error — please reach out.
